Accelerated UV Weathering Testing for Material Durability
Our UV Aging / Solar Test Chamber is designed to accelerate the effects of ultraviolet radiation, heat and moisture on materials and products. It helps manufacturers evaluate UV resistance, weathering performance, colour stability and long-term material durability under controlled laboratory conditions.
The system can be configured with fluorescent UV lamps or solar simulation lighting, depending on the application. For applications requiring higher-performance solar simulation, Atlas Lighting systems can also be incorporated to meet specific irradiance and spectral requirements.
Temperature, humidity, irradiance and water spray can be controlled to create repeatable environmental exposure conditions for accelerated weathering and durability testing.

The chamber can be configured for commonly used accelerated weathering and solar simulation methods, including ASTM G154, ISO 4892-3, ISO 16474-3 and SAE J2020, depending on the required test cycle and application.
