High-Precision Form & Position Measurement
At Microrel Solution, we provide Mahr MarForm form measuring systems for high-precision measurement of roundness, cylindricity, straightness, runout, concentricity and other form and position characteristics.
The MarForm MMQ series combines precision mechanical axes, tactile probing and MarWin measurement software to provide reliable measurement for production inspection, quality control and precision measurement laboratories.
Depending on your workpiece size, automation requirements and measurement volume, we can configure the system from the compact MMQ 200 through the versatile MMQ 400 to the fully automatic MMQ 500.

*MMQ 400 configuration depends on the selected X/Z-axis combination and table configuration. Mahr offers MMQ 400-2 configurations with Z-axis measuring paths of 350, 500 and 900 mm.
MMQ 200 – Compact Precision
The MarForm MMQ 200 is a compact form measuring system designed for production environments and precision measurement rooms.
With a 150 mm X-axis and 250 mm Z-axis, it is suitable for smaller components requiring accurate form and position measurement. The system can be configured with either the flexible T20W probe or motorized T7W probe for increased automation.
MMQ 400-2 – Flexible Universal Measurement
The MarForm MMQ 400-2 provides a larger measurement volume and flexible configuration options. It can be supplied as a semi-automatic or fully automatic system, with different X- and Z-axis combinations.
The system can also combine form and position measurement with roughness, waviness and contour measurement, allowing multiple inspection tasks to be performed on the same workpiece.
MMQ 500 – High-Speed Automated Measurement
The MarForm MMQ 500 is designed for fully automatic, high-productivity form and position measurement.
Its automatic centering and tilting table supports fast workpiece alignment, while the 280 mm X-axis and 470 mm Z-axis provide a large measurement volume. The system can handle workpieces weighing up to 80 kg and supports measurement of form, position, roughness, contour and lead in one measurement sequence.
