MarSurf PS 10 provides compact and mobile surface roughness measurement for shop-floor and laboratory use. The instrument weighs approximately 500 g, features a 4.3-inch touchscreen and can store measurement data and generate PDF reports directly from the instrument.
For applications requiring a more traditional mobile instrument, the MarSurf M 300/M 300 C provides a larger measuring range, integrated memory, multiple roughness parameters and optional printing.
These instruments are suitable when you need to bring the measurement directly to the workpiece.
For more demanding measurement applications, we provide MarSurf PC-based measuring stations.
The MarSurf LD 130 / LD 260 combines high-speed measurement with advanced roughness and contour measurement. Positioning speeds can reach up to 200 mm/s, with measuring speeds up to 10 mm/s depending on the application.
The MarSurf UD 130 combines contour and roughness measurement in a single measuring station, with a 130 mm traversing length and 2 nm resolution.
For production applications, MarSurf can also be configured with customized workholding, automatic probe-arm changes and automated measurement sequences.
We Help You Select the Right MarSurf Solution
Whether you need a portable roughness tester for shop-floor inspection or a fully integrated MarSurf measuring station for production, we can help you select the appropriate instrument, probe, fixture, software and accessories.
